This is not a choreographed class, it is a small group-training session with your own strength and conditioning trainer. Every work out is scaleable to a person’s ability and background. UltimateFitness is a combination of the training styles to maximize your results.
Why train like a bodybuilder when you can train like a pro hockey player? This program focuses on power, anaerobic conditioning, stride ability, balance and core/rotary strength. This is definitely a better way to train than a few bicep curls and a walk on the treadmill.
This program is great cross training for runners, triathletes, fitness enthusiasts and of course cyclists. The high intensity energy system development program will have you in race shape and ready to perform at that next level.
This is a new program that is an extension of our Youth SportFit program. Why just drop your young athlete off? You can train with them in a rewarding and controlled setting.
