Sport Conditioning Programs

These programs are for competitive athletes looking to excel in sport. We offer programs that are specific to individual sport and/or specific to the training area you need to work on. Programs are available at a Foundation (Level 1), Advanced (Level 2) and Elite (Level 3). New programs are added every season (winter, spring, summer and fall). If you are starting mid program the price is prorated.

12 Week Training Program


1 Session/Week: $240 +GST
2 Sessions/Week: $360 +GST
3 Sessions/Week: $540 +GST

SPORT CONDITIONING

This is a great option for any athlete playing soccer, hockey, lacrosse, rugby and more. These sports have common conditioning requirements, such as explosive speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning. Look for Sport Conditioning SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness) and Sport Conditioning Power & Strength on our group-training schedule.



HOCKEY CONDITIONING

This is sport specific training for competitive level hockey players. Focusing on power, anaerobic conditioning, stride ability, balance and core/rotary strength. This specialized program is for serious athletes looking to improve in critical areas.



SOCCER CONDITIONING

This is sport specific training for competitive level soccer players. This program develops explosive speed, improved reaction time, balance, full body strength, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning.



YOUTH SPORTFIT

An introduction to sport conditioning as it relates to young athletes ages 8-11. This is an important age to introduce good training fundamentals while creating a positive impression of fitness.
